Private Instruction

Private instruction can help tackle persistent problems such as house soiling, digging, barking, pulling on leash, separation anxiety, and even aggression, while at the same time building a healthy relationship between you and your dog.  From basic manners to complex cues, private instruction can encompass it all!

• Tailor-made instruction based on your individual wants and needs 
• Gentle, effective training methods will help you to build a stronger bond with your dog, while encouraging good manners and reliable behaviour
• Purchase consultations individually or in packages to suit your needs (see our Pricing and Payment Information for more information)

Private instruction is available for dogs of any age.

Other private consultations include:

• Kids and Dogs Consultations: How much would you pay for peace of mind?  Interactions between kids and dogs can be joyous and safe when everyone in the family knows the rules.  In one 2-hour session, and for less than the cost of an emergency room visit, learn to manage your two-legged and four-legged pack to perfection.  Kids are encouraged to attend with their parents.
• Dogs&Storks Private Consultations: Created in 2002, the national Dogs&Storks program has helped hundreds of expectant parents integrate their two-legged and four-legged family members using gentle, effective techniques that are also fun and safe. Dialing for Doggies Phone Consultations

Ever wish you could just pick up the phone and have your questions about dog behavior or training answered quickly and professionally by someone who really knows?  Now you can!

Sympawtico Dog Training, LLC presents Dialing for Doggies Phone Consultations

Ask questions about Potty Training, Problem Barking, Digging and Chewing, Manners, and more from the comfort of your own home (you can even wear your pajamas – I’ll never know!).  Or, schedule a lunch-time consultation, and finish your workday secure in the knowledge that your dog’s problem behaviors can be solved.

Choose a 20, 40, or 60 minute phone consultation, depending on the number of questions you have, or the severity of the problem.  (Some cases cannot be evaluated in phone consultations – please schedule In-Home Private Lessons to tackle tough issues such as aggression, resource guarding, and severe separation anxiety.)

Dialing for Doggies Phone Consultations must be pre-arranged.  Enrollment information and tuition payment must be received prior to the consultation.  To receive an enrollment form and instructions for payment, please send an e-mail to:

Please also include in your e-mail your three most-preferred times to schedule your consultation, and I will contact you to confirm your appointment. Consultations are available Monday through Saturday.

Pricing and Payment Information

From a cost-benefits standpoint, dog training is looking pretty good right now...

Pricing:

• In-Home Private Lessons: Purchase in-home private lessons an hour at a time for $89 each, or save by purchasing a package of four private lessons for $299. (Pricing is for the Johnson County, KS area only. For pricing outside of Johnson County, KS, please contact Suezanne.)
• Kids and Dogs Consultation: one two-hour session for $149.00. (Pricing is for the Johnson County, KS area only. For pricing outside of Johnson County, KS, please contact Suezanne.)
• Dogs&Storks Private Consultation: one two-hour session for  $149.00. (Pricing is for the Johnson County, KS area only. For pricing outside of Johnson County, KS, please contact Suezanne.)
• Dialing for Doggies Phone Consultations: purchase a 20-minute phone consultation for $20, a 40-minute phone consultation for $40, or a 60-minute phone consultation for $60.

Payment Policies:

• Cash, personal check, or PayPal credit card payment accepted.
• Payment due at time of enrollment.
• Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice or no-show appointments will be charged as one class or consultation.
• All sales are final; no refunds will be given for any reason.
• Gift Certificates available.
